Return Policy

Any item purchased from, unless otherwise noted on the product description, may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the invoice date. Shipping and freight charges embedded the final price are non-refundable.

Products returned must be undamaged, complete with all original accessories, in its original condition and packaging, and within the time provided.

To return a product:

Please contact our customer service, at (844) 641-7922 from 8 am to 5 pm PST Monday through Sunday or email to to obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization (RMA) number. We must receive the returned product within 15 days of the issuance of RMA number. Returned merchandise must have the RMA number clearly visible on the packaging. Items returned without valid RMA number or beyond 15 days of the RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

The customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping or freight charges. It is recommended that return shipping be insured and via a reliable carrier with tracking service, as it is the customer’s responsibility to deliver the product to us timely and undamaged.

Upon receipt of the returned product meeting the stated requirements, we will refund the purchase price, minus taxes, shipping and freight to the credit card charged for the purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take 7-14 business days for the credit to show up on your statement.

For product returned that are incomplete, altered, or damaged, we reserve the right and discretion either to decline the return after receipt or charge a fee for the missing parts or damage.
